Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure booking a 100% advance payment is required for reservation

In case of cancellation, out of the total tariff of the entire period booked:

For period of more than 3 days free cancellation by 2 PM– 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid a penalty of 1st night charge plus any applicable taxes & fees.
For a period less than 3 days free cancellation by 2 PM– 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a penalty of 100% advance payment plus any applicable taxes & fees.
No-shows will be treated with 100% cancellations – No refund
If cancellation are approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
In the event of part cancellation of the reservation (i.e. reduction in duration or several rooms), the above cancellation policy will apply.
